Have you purposely aimed a shot at another player? Only in fun of course? Or maybe when the group in front were a little slow when, as everyone knows, it's entirely justified!
I was playing with a mate a few years ago who was almost hit by a ball from the group behind. He was by no means a slow player, and played off 1, so he turned round and cracked a 3w (easily over 300 yards) right back at them on the tee (and just missed). However he was also one of the hardest guys I knew so luckily for them they stayed well clear!
Thanks for pointing that out Moppy. Must have been away that week and such is the fast turnover of threads and posts on GM they get demoted from the front page very quickly and slip through the BW net, as it were.
Note to self: Must spend more of my working day on the forum in 2008 - instead of just writing and researching articles, sub-editing, administrating, liaising with HQ and techies, taking pix, networking and testing and reviewing equipment!

In fairness, Bob, 80% of the posters on here manage to spend large chunks of their working day contributing to the site
