Got room for one more club in the bag and planning on filling the gap between my 47* PW and my 55* LW. Dont really want to spend the earth on one but still want something i can rely on. Been browsing ebay but not sure what i want so if you could share any advice either from owning one yourself or trying one out etc....

vicko, wedges, just like all clubs, are totally individual. some like a lightweight wedge others a nice heavy one. Chrome finish? Matt or gunmetal? You really have to go and have a swing with a few.

try as many as you can, but if your on a budget you wont get much better than MD golf wedges rrp around £45
