Replacing Graphite Shafts

I need to replace the shafts in my woods as they are to stiff. I have changed many steel shafts over the years but never a Graphite one. I live in a part of France where there are no club repairers and therefore need to do this myself. Any expert advice on this welcome.

Its not that difficult – I managed it!   The trickiest bit is removing the old graphite shaft if you want to reuse it –especially if you don’t have a shaft puller.  DON’T TWIST IT!   If you don’t want to reuse the shaft just cut it off close to the hosel and drill out the stump.
