Bob, surely you're having a laugh?

What date is it today? I assume they'll be manufactured by the same company that does the left handed screwdrivers and hammers.
 The five lefties in the World Top 60 are;
Phil Mickelson Mike Weir Steve Flesch Nick O'Hern
erm......
left hand golf balls ? - could catch on I suppose ? .... bearing in mind the date !
strangely enough if this had been a product from 'Taylor Made' you'd be inclined to believe it !!!!
You're such a cynical bunch! What's not to believe?
They can do amazing things with golf balls these days, creating dimple patterns that help the ball penetrate through cross winds and others that fly high and far and drop next to the flagstick like a bag of flour.
Left-handers are always telling me they're different - their brain cells react differently, they tend to draw the ball rather than slice it.
I've been playing golf for 35 years and I've seen every gadget under the sun, including a fishing line attached to a headband and the hook attached to the crotch which tends to keep your head still while you swing!
So, I say again, what's not to believe? ED
yes , you've convinced me Bob - it was the story about the fishing line that made me see the light ! - you should get a job on the Golf Channel BTW
I will take 3 doz. please - 2 doz. I can use myself and the other I'm sure will sell on Ebay as my present auction on there for 'hens teeth' is doing really well !!!! - I'll be £££££'s in at this rate :)

A good friend of mine George White, ex-golf correspondent for the Orlando Sentinel, now writes regularly on The Golf Channel website and does behind the scenes stuff for their TV studio programmes.
We met when we shared a desk for seven years at the US Masters (apologies for the name drop!) in a previous life.
He's a regular follower of Golfmagic and just loves the tone of the site and the repartee on our forum. Much of his writing has a GM influence.

"it plans to mass produce a revolutionary ball with all the opposite specifications to a normal ball used predominently by right-handers."
like a tardis golf ball?
our faux ami Marcel would probably be screaming poisson d'avril at this point!
I particularly liked the idea of the arrow on the ball which pointed the 'correct' way for left handed players from the tee... It produced a wonderful mental image of a lefty hitting his opening drive straight into the club house!
my fav bit is where it says the arrow "points from the left-hand side of the ball to the right"...
Anyway, I suppose it would have been a bit more credible with some techno-jargon and some made-up names of revolutionary material or dimple pattern

 Beat you to it Larry...
;o)
slow day today in the office?
Call me dumb boys but it fooled me. Doh !!!
So you tried to buy some - right?
Deep joy! While you been having fun with our AP, I've been testing golf balls. Wicked day - enjoy your weekend guys and gals. ED
Bob,
I suppose that we were testing your 'balls' in a way too!
