I would say that on a scale of 1 to 10, this 'stretch' rates about 3 in really addressing the ligaments and tendons along the front of the hips and quads. And i would also say that wearing shoes reduces the stretch available for your feet and ankles. They are pretty important too.

My lower back always aches now i uaed to be flexible bt stopped taekwondo and stopped stretching. I cant touch my toes
