Anyone played there,condition and difficulty
Not played myself, even tho' its just around the corner from me. I've not heard much to cheers about it. But then again I've heard nothing bad either. I believe it's flat. When you going?
within the month depending on weather....
If a see a golfy mate who has played the course I'll ask him.
okydoky ta
I was there for a golf weekend last year - lovely hotel and facilities, etc but the course itself was nothing special - as Crazyface says - it IS pretty flat.......
In line with crazyface's incredible response, no I haven't played there either, I don't know anything about it, nor have I any friends who have told me anything about it. If I hear anything, I'll let you know.
Hope that helps, but more importantly I think I get 50 points.
Played there a couple of years ago. Seem to remember it was quite long and flat. The back nine is pretty good.
cheers for that..appreciated
I've played there two or three times and as said before the front 9 are no way as good as the back 9, but still not a bad course.
A pal usually books four of us a couple of times a year through one of the online teetimes and at around £12 for 18 holes after 12 noon it ain't bad value
Ive not played it myself, but alot of friends have and all seem to say its a decent track.
NEXT April!!!!!!!!?
Next April (2013) or THE next April (next month).......?
When I was there last year, Crawley Town FC were there - stopped off on the way to their FA tie v Man Utd. And Notts County stayed overnight.
Maybe only footballers can afford the drinks ?
I was there aprl 2011. Pint of larger with the evening meal £6. £4.40 if you went to the bar yourself. Stayed one night and had 2 rounds. Easy front nine, back nine good fun. Fairways were good the greens were not to clever. I would go back just for the last nine holes.
