Sergio Garcia and his wife are donating £102,000 to the Hurricane Harvey relief effort, after he pledged $2,000 for every birdie and $5,000 for every eagle he made in the FedExCup Playoffs.

The Masters champion is married to a Texan, and got hitched in the Lone Star State. He also made his debut there in the 1999 Byron Nelson and notched his first Tour win at Colonial in 2001.

The Spaniard finished 21st in the rankings after a T10 finish at the Tour Championship.
