Pros react to Phil Mickelson hitting ball while it was still moving on green

Phil Mickelson put a different spin on 'moving day' on day three of the US Open at Shinnecock Hills.

Mickelson caused outrage when putting his ball while it was still moving at the 13th hole, before being handed a two-stroke penalty.

Lefty then raised even more eyebrows after his round when claiming he had "thought about doing it before".
