Spiranac: don't overlook role of women in sexual harassment

Paige Spiranac has given her views on sexual harassment following the Harvey Weinstein scandal, expressing the view that men and women are both to blame.

The pro golfer has over 1.2 million followers on Instagram, and took to Twitter to share her views.

"Women have to realise they're part of this, too," Spiranac told Golf Digest. "I've had women say, 'She deserves to be treated like that because of what she's wearing' or 'She belongs in a back alley, not on a golf course.'"

The 24-year-old, who is a PXG staffer, is a spokeswoman for anti-cyber bullying foundation Cybersmile.
