Simon Dyson, the Yorkshireman with whom
Golfmagic is offering a round of golf in an exclusive competition leads the £2million Volvo Masters at Valderrama.
He fired a stunning three under par 68 in the first round to lead the star-studded field, alongside Brian Davis from London.
Dyson, the former winner of the Asian Order of Merit who qualified for this week's tournament near Gibraltar with a top 60 finish in the order of merit will be at Mere Golf Club on December 12 (not December 11 as originally advertised) to play with two lucky Golfmagic visitors who win our easy-to-enter

Defending champion of the Volvo Masters, Padraig Harrington, hoping to snatch the Moneylist title for the first time from rival Retief Goosen, suffered a real body blow within minutes of starting his round.
Inexplicably he repaired a pitchmark off the first green (while preparing to play his chip approach) and was penalised two strokes by referee Paul Carrigill. Playing partner Goosen birdied from ten feet while the Irishman took six.
