3 Molinos Resort in Murcia, Spain to finalise plans for two signature golf courses his company is designing.
The resort, endorsed by ex-footballer and broadcaster Gary Lineker, a four-handicapper, will feature a variety of villas, townhouses, penthouses and apartments, two courses, athletics stadium, tennis centre and Andalucian Horse stud and equestrian complex. Construction of the first course and residential units is scheduled to begin shortly.

A luxurious 15-bedroom guest house has been opened at the impressive new
San Domenico Golf Club in Puglia, southern Italy, overlooking the 7,016 yard course created by European Tour Design and opened in 2003.
The links-style course, where wind is invariably a factor with water features on several holes has the 15-room Masseria Cimino guest house beside the ninth hole and close to an important archaeological site. It features a distinctive red tower.
