 Nike Sumo iron

Using the technology behind the Sasquatch Sumo2 square driver and Sumo traditionally-styled clubhead ,
Nike Golf is set to introduce Sumo irons.
Power Bow weighting and a higher MOI (Moment of Inertia) to keep the clubhead square at impact will combine to hit the ball straight and long, says Nike.
An improved launch and more stability, combined with a longer blade length and wider sole, will add softer landing and more forgiveness, says Nike.
Early reports of the new clubs reveal that an ultra thin face plate (in the 4- to 7-irons) add distance to easier hitting, while a polymer insert reduces vibration to improve feel.
November 1, has been set for their introduction to the US, with a $799 and $999 price tag for steel and graphite shafts respectively. Expect them in Europe soon afterwards, though price conversion has yet to be released.
