Srixon
Peter Lawrie -win for Srixon

Three of Srixon's leading Tour players - Henrik Stenson (above), Miguel Angel Jimenez and Laura Davies - will make an appearance at Silvermere Golf Club, near Cobham in Surrey, on Monday, May 19 (5pm and 8pm) for an exhibition match and clinic.

Held in conjunction with Mercedes Benz, the event will include lessons for lucky competition winners, autograph signing and a 6-hole match between players who have won nearly 90 international events between them.

The guest appearances on the eve of the European Tour's BMW PGA Championship at nearby Wentworth, follows Srixon's latest Tour title - the Spanish Open - claimed by 34-year-old Irishman Peter Lawrie at the weekend at the Real Club de Golfe in Seville.

A closing round of 67 tied him on 15-under-par with local favourite Ignacio Garrido, with Jimenez two strokes further back. Lawrie, who plays Srixon 701 irons and the Srixon Z-URS ball, claimed the title at the second extra hole.
