adidas Golf has unveiled all-new “adipower boost” golf shoes for men and women.

Building upon “boost” technology’s remarkable success in running, basketball and baseball, designers believe they have created the ‘most comfortable footwear in adidas Golf history’.

Featuring revolutionary boost cushioning, the new technology is designed to deliver ‘maximum energy return, responsiveness and unparalleled comfort’.

The shoe features boost foam - comprising thousands of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) energy capsules - to retain consistent cushioning and comprises varying sizes of gripmore cleats to deliver more efficient traction and stability.

Jason Day, adidas Golf brand ambassador, has been raving about the footwear’s aesthetic appearance, comfort and performance since first testing them out last year.

“When I first put them on, I immediately noticed how comfortable they were,” said Day. “I didn’t want to take them off.

“During the swing, the energy return is noticeable, as if you can feel the technology in action. I wanted to keep them the moment I saw them. They feel good and look good, too.”

The women’s adipower boost features many of the same design properties as the men’s model, including boost midsole foam in the heel for endless energy return and a lace in saddle.
