Seve Ballesteros will join an international all-star line up as he returns to the Dubai Desert Classic on March 2-5. The Spaniard has been through some hard times over the last few years, his last victory coming at his National Open in 1995.

But he is one man you can never count out, no matter how bad he is playing, Seve has always worked miracles throughout his career. His return to the European Tour in Dubai will bring back fond memories as he won on a playoff there in 1992.

“I am pleased that I will be returning to Dubai. I hope the rough is easier for me this year! It is always a good feeling going back to the city where I have won in the past".

Ballesteros joins other international players such as Americans Justin Leonard and Mark O’Meara, Scottish stars Colin Montgomerie and Paul Lawrie, England’s, Lee Westwood and fellow Spaniard Jose Maria Olazabal in what many consider to be one of the best line-ups in the history of the event. There will be over 30 different nationalities represented at the tournament, which gets underway in just three weeks time.
