A round of golf at a top quality venue, followed by lunch or dinner from £29? You cannot be serious!
But the Marriott Hotel and Country Club group doesn't joke about value and at nine of its UK resorts is offering the perfect day out at rock bottom prices as long as you can muster a minimum group of 16 to take advantage of the deal.
Marriott admits, a handful of its more renowned destinations will cost £44 for the experience but golfers can hardly complain when the overall list contains venues that have staged either European Tour events or a Solheim Cup - like the Forest of Arden (Coventry) , Dalmahoy (Edinburgh), St Pierre (Chepstow) and Worsley Park (Manchester).
