'RUBBISH DO NOT BUY'
Strengths:
NONE
Weaknesses:
I was told by Easycaddy " it was not meant to be used in the rain" and "what do you expect ?you get what you pay for" 6 months old Snowdon it has never run correctly ,its been back twice, fitted new electrical parts myself, clips and straps keep breaking and the front wheel has now disintigrated inside the tyre. They then sent me the wrong replacement
Overall:
I have never bought an item that has given so much trouble.

'EASYCADDY SNOWDEN LOVE IT, HATE IT!'
Strengths:
Very quiet, bags of power on a hilly course,36 hole battery, good looking, distance control, excellent trolley bag, inexpensive
Weaknesses:
This could be a market leader if only the customer service matched the trolley. It takes for ever to get replacement parts, for example a simple bolt 3 weeks!
Overall:
A good product let down by poor backup, what a shame. However I have had mine now for 2 months and if it keeps going for 34 months more, I will be well pleased

'YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR'
Strengths:
Quiet
Weaknesses:
Fragile - Problems off and on with electrical connections. Everything is just too flimsy.
Overall:
Frustrating - never know when the next problem is going to occur. Wouldn't start when i took my father to Gleneagles for his birthday and had to hire an electric trolley from the club.
Lack of reliability forces me to conclude that they are a waste of money.

'OK WHEN ITS WORKING'
Strengths:
reasonable value for money. Smooth operation when working well.
Weaknesses:
Battery needed replacing after one month -would not last 18 holes - new one OK. One clutch broke- replaced- then the other one broke.Still waiting for replacement after two weeks.
Overall:
Not bad for money. Poor after sales service.

'EASY TO USE TROLLEY - POOR AFTER SALES'
Strengths:
Compact trolley that is easy to use
Weaknesses:
Although it folds down to a reasonable size it can still be a bit awkward getting it in the boot of a saloon car (and I have quite a large boot)
Overall:
Although my trolley now works perfectly well my opinion has been soured by very poor after sales service which meant that I had to go on a golf holiday without it. As long as nothing goes wrong you should have a reasonable trolley at a reasonable price.(I may have scored it higher without this problem)

'VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY '
Strengths:
there was a fault with the battery which was sorted out really quickly and promptly despite the trolley being a gift to someone who never kept any of the packaging etc. all they did was phone using the address and it was resolved.
Weaknesses:
too new to comment
Overall:
a fraction of the price of the more expensive trolleys on offer. works just as well - a good point as the course is really hilly. very light compared to friends electric trolleys
