	'Big but fragile' Strengths: Very large, gust-buster type system works. Weaknesses: Very rarely used and now one of the spokes has broken. Looking at it, it is a fairly flimsy affair which would not last long at the best of times Overall: Seems a bargain at first but too fragile for it's real use
