'QUALITY,COMFORT & VALUE FOR MONEY'
Overall:
I've had my Aqualites for 18 months now and can honestly say they are the best shoe,for the money,you can probably buy.They do exactly what they say they do,very light and water tight.

'VERY COMFORTABLE AND VERY LIGHT'

'FOOT ... JOY??????'
Strengths:
They are lightweight and smartly styled. Good quality leather and decent softspikes.
Weaknesses:
They hurt.
First pair of Footjoys bought from the proshop in a sale. When tried on they were fine and felt comfortable and eay to walk in.
Luckily, I played the 9 hole course to break them in. After a few holes my feet felt hot and sweaty although the shoes still felt reasonably comfortable. However, as the round progressed the left heel began to chafe badly causing a blister. There was also signs of rubbing on my right heel.
I couldn't have worn them for 18 holes.
It has been quite a while since I have bought golf shoes that rub this badly.
My last two pairs of shoes were Stylo and Stuburt - both of which outperform the Footjoys in comfort.
When I removed the shoes my socks were soaked.
Useless! Like wearing all plastic shoes.
Overall:
The design of the shoe is such that although made from good quality leather outside, the inside fabrication is plastic and doesn't breathe. This means the feet get hot and sweaty very quickly and swell causing rubbing and blisters.
At the price point there are shoes designed to breathe and keep the feet comfortable, Stuburt being a fine example.

'LIVING UP TO FOOTJOY STANDARDS'
Strengths:
Light, comfortable, waterproof... and so far durable
Weaknesses:
Cosmetically, not wearing well, and I've never got on with Fast Twist cleats, but they're better than the 'Q' system on my old Nikes...
Overall:
My first pair of Footjoys - I'd heard from everywhere how good and reliable they were, and I'm not disappointed. Time will tel how they last - I'm not convinced they will be the hardest wearing, because after about a dozen rounds the already look worse for wear, but time will tell.

'COMFORTABLE BUT THEY GET SCRUFFY LOOKING'
Strengths:
Very comfortable shoe and they look pretty good.
Weaknesses:
They develop creases along the front of the foot. Like most modern shoes they wear slightly on the front left of the shoe due to follow through and the plastic spikes don't last long.
Overall:
A good shoe but like a lot of the modern ones they don't last or keep their looks for long.

'LIGHT & COMFORTABLE FROM DAY ONE, HARDLY KNEW I HAD THEM ON'
Strengths:
Ultra-lightweight and flexible. Very comfortable from the first time they were worn. Good stability throughout the golf swing.
Weaknesses:
Too early to have noticed at this stage.
Overall:
I am very happy with these golf shoes; never had a bad pair of Footjoys yet. Had four good years out of my last pair!

'YOUR FEET WILL THANK YOU FOREVER'
Strengths:
These shoes are just so comfortable On my 6th pair (I wear out shoes real fast as my right foot slides at impact).
Weaknesses:
None really.
Overall:
Fan-bloody-tastic.
Fit and comfort is fantastic.
Looks are a classic walking shoe.
Waterproof, with those terrific FJ wax laces that never come undone.
Price is a bargain compared to most other golf shoes.
First time I have ever given 5 stars for anything!

'FOOTJOY SAY'S IT ALL'
Strengths:
From the 1st time you put them on they feel like an old friend,and they keep the water out,also feel nice and light....
Weaknesses:
The soft spikes clog up and don't seem very effective now the weather is turning...OK for summer.....
Overall:
A very good quality shoe at a reasonable price...But go and get those soft spikes replaced with metal ones....

'OH! SUIT YOU SIR.'
Strengths:
Thes replaced an ageing pair from Adidas. Unlike the Adidas shoes the first moment I put these on I was pleasantly surprised how like slippers they felt. However, unlike slippers the fit on these shoes was just perfect and after 18 holes my feet felt they could handle another 18, shame my body couldn't.
Weaknesses:
I would have liked to have seen a tongue that is sown in to the top of the shoe. Whilst I haven't had any water leaks from the top of the shoe it would be a neat feature to have seen this. I'm sure in heavy rain this lacking feature would be the only weakness on the shoe.
Overall:
Only ever owned two pairs of golf shoes and from now it would take a terrific shoe to move me away from these Footjoys. Simply put, superb.
