'DOESN'T DO WHAT IT SAYS ON THE BOX'
Strengths:
It can detect a ball that you can see for yourself.
Weaknesses:
Can't find a ball amongst wet grass or fallen leaves - especially lighter cloured ones. Gives too may false readings in these conditions. Of course, autumn is the time when balls disappear into these areas.
Overall:
Glad I was able to get a refund. Paid only 50.00 for an ex demo model although top whack.
k at the palce I got it was only around 60.00. They are obviously trying to get rid of a job lot of rubbish.

I'm trying to contact Faldo to ask if he actually tried one - ha ha!

'UTTER, UTTER RUBBISH'
Strengths:
None. Except when I dropped it it still worked. Well, it still tunred on.
Weaknesses:
It was quite good at picking out the daisys on my lawn when I threw a few balls on it to give it a quick test. Didn't find a single ball though.
Overall:
If you buy this you are a moron. I had one on test. Sending it back was a happy day.

'HIGHLY EXPENSIVE UTTER RUBBISH'
Strengths:
None that I have ever found
Weaknesses:
Doesnt Work
Overall:
It's probably unfair of me to comment as I carried out a good deal of Consultancy work for the Company which has the worldwide distributorship for the product outside the USA. However, as I was never paid for my work AND the product didnt/does not work and cost MILLIONS of dollars to develop it will almost certainly finish up NOT as a ball-finder but as a great WHITE ELEPHANT!

In addition, as they have paid Nick Faldo to endorse it(Nick will endorse ANYTHING if the fee is right)it will become a white elephant even more quickly as word gets out-as it always does-that the object LOOKS the part but it couldn't locate a ball the size of a football a yard off most fairways!

'GLAD I DIDN'T PAY FOR IT!!!'
Strengths:
Won it in a competition.
Weaknesses:
Tried it out last 2 rounds and as of yet I haven't found 1 ball in the rough or semi. It even struggles to pick up balls in the fairway!!
Overall:
Don't buy this!! £129 rrp its worth about £1.
