Overall Review

Superb quality and design. This has really improved my drving after only 1 week. MWT really does work and it's comforting to know that as my technique improves I can re-configure the club to get the most out of it without having to invest in a new driver. Tried all of the latest high end drivers, I tend to steer clear of trends and had not even consdiered a TM until I tried it. None of the other drivers even came close.

Strengths

Large 460cc head it sits nicely at address and does not look too large. Stock RE*AX shaft is really well balanced to club. MWT allows configuration to suit player. Very forgiving, off centre hits result in small loss of distance and bad shots are mild fade which for me is a miracle.

Weaknesses

Swingweight is D5 which is heavier than a lot of other drivers so probably suits stronger and faster swingspeeds.

Overall Review

A top notch driver. Finally more quality than gimmick from TaylorMade! Never thought I'd match my R580 XD (non conforming model) but this does by some distance, literally!

Strengths

Very forgiving, very long even when you don't nail it, stunning looks just invite you to have a go.

Weaknesses

The stock shaft. Replaced mine with an Aldila NV 65 which works perfectly for me. Still not completely convinced by the MWT technology, as most of the time it goes pretty straight, but I can live with that!

The best driver ever, I feel stronger and more confident off the tee.

Strengths

Good feel, looks good and when you stand on the tee you just feel confident. Average drive around 280 yards some near 300.

Weaknesses
