As a golf beginner, you benefit the most from personal instruction.

A good way to do that is to visit different golf courses and book classes or personal sessions.


If you’re like me, you will want to have private lessons to begin with. That way, you will not embarrass yourself when you get to the driving range and can start enjoying the game from the start.

Next you want to start off at the beginner’s golf course and practice what you learned as much as possible.

Don’t rush through the learning process as most people do. You want to learn as much as possible while you’re there.
