Played at the Summit Resort Golf course just outside Panama City this weekend. Nice course but a few of the holes are very close together, this coupled with blind T shots resulted in a few close shaves with flying balls!
Some great views of the mountains and Panama canal as well as the Panama Canal railway which runs along one side of the course.
the course sits right in the middle of the rain forrest and weather conditions meant it was very, very hot and humid (buggies are mandatory). Lots of wildlife to be seen and heard (the Howler monkeys were in full cry on Sunday).
Panama as a country is a great place and the people are some of the most friendly I have ever met, playing partners who I met on the 1st T drove me home after the game and gave me a guided tour of the city and everyone you meet has a smile and says hello.

If you get the chance to visit grab it with both hands.
