Brooks Koepka: "Even par could win The Masters" in the fall
The last time that happened was when Jack Nicklaus won The Masters in 1966...
Brooks Koepka believes the winning score at The Masters - should it take place as planned this November - will be "around even par".
Koepka, speaking on the Dan Patrick Show on Tuesday, expects Augusta National to play much tougher than a typical Masters in April with colder conditions and challenging prevailing winds, especially on the scoring par-5s at 13 and 15.
"I don't think any of us know what to expect," Koepka said on the Dan Patrick Show as he looked ahead to a Fall Masters planned for November 12 to 15.
"It's going to be so cold. Balls aren't going to be flying as far.
"Every par-5 basically plays into the wind from what I've been told. It's going to change the golf course. I think you'll see scores around even par instead of that 12, 15 under that you've been accustomed to. I think it could really affect the back nine."

The last time the winning score at The Masters was worse than 5-under par was back in 2007 when Zach Johnson won with a score of 1-over par.
You have to go back to 1966 for the last time even par was good enough for a Green Jacket when Jack Nicklaus came through a three-man playoff against Tommy Jacobs and Gay Brewer.
The Masters, last year won memorably by Tiger Woods for his 15th career major, was due to take place this year on April 9 to 12.
"We want to emphasize that our future plans are incumbent upon favorable counsel and direction from health officials," said Augusta National Golf Club chairman Fred Ridley.
"Provided that occurs and we can conduct the 2020 Masters, we intend to invite those professionals and amateurs who would have qualified for our original April date and welcome all existing ticket holders to enjoy the excitement of Masters week."
