Henrik Stenson hit a fan in the head during roundthree of the 2019 US Open at Pebble Beach, but layed down next to him for a quick selfie.

The 2019 US Open has certainly been full of drama, with Jordan Spieth making a few headlines, Patrick Reed snapping his wedge in halfand now Henrik Stenson striking a fan in the head.

It was on the 16th hole during round three of the 2019 US Open at Pebble Beach, when Henrik Stenson hit what he described as a "semi shank" that struck a golf fan on the head.

"Luckily, I mean, you can get hit worse places," Stenson said after his round. "The head is never a good place to hit, but at least not the eyes or teeth or anything. So coming up there, he's flat down. He's got like half of a golf ball swelling coming out of his forehead."

Stenson went over to see if the fan was okay and clearly he was in good spirits, taking selfies of the situation while receiving medical treatment.

The Iceman then showed his class, when the fan asked if he could have a picture with Stenson and the Swede then layed on the floor next to him for the picture. Watch the moment below:
