PGA Tour star Emiliano Grillo flips off the hole after missing putt...

We've all been there. The putt that gets struck out the middle with superb pace, it's tracking, in fact, you're already thinking about the walk to the cup to pluck it out. Then the ball lips out and makes you feel like you'd be better of taking up chess instead.

Argentina's Emiliano Grillo endured that very feeling on the 9th hole of the Northern Trust last week when his 10-foot birdie putt looked destined to find the bottom of the hole, only to lip out at the very last second.

Grillo didn't consider about taking up chess. He just went all Happy Gilmore and made the hole know exactly how he felt.

While on the topic of Happy Gilmore, let's relive that classic moment Happy lost his head when he couldn't get the ball to go down...

Grillo was rightly worried about his position last week but thankfully he managed to sneak through to the second stage of the FedEx Cup Playoffs at 69th place in the rankings heading into the 70-man BMW Championship.

He's got it all to do to contend for his first FedEx Cup title though.

Looking at the projected rankings heading to Medinah this week, Grillo will likely need to finish third or better to qualify for the 30-man Tour Championship where the winner will walk away with a gigantic $15 million.

The Tour Championship takes on a new handicap format heading into the tournament where the FedEx Cup leader will start the week on 10-under, with second on 8-under and third on 7-under, and so on. You can learn more in the article below.
