Is Webb Simpson the most UNDERRATED golfer on the PGA Tour?

It was certainly an entertaining week of golf at Harbour Town Golf Links as Webb Simpson topped a low-scoring field to pick up his seventh PGA Tour victory, but is he the most underrated golfer out there?

In the latest episode of  the GolfMagic chat show, we've discussed Simpson's unique ability, Tyrrell Hatton's hot form on the PGA Tour, plus find out how YOU can win a pair of limited edition adidas CODECHAOS Summer of  Golf shoes.

RBC HERITAGE ROUND-UP

The PGA Tour headed to South Carolina for the RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links for the second event since golf returned to our televisions following its three-month absence.

It was an extremely low-scoring tournament, with Simpson finishing at 22-under par to beat Mexico's Abraham Ancer by one shot.

Daniel Berger was full of confidence as he continued his below-par streak to finish in T3 with Hatton, while Brooks Koepka looks like he could be on the verge of being back to his best.

RORY MCILROY CAUSES A STIR

World No.1 Rory McIlroy hadn't played in the RBC Heritage since 2009, but after a long period without competitive golf, he made a return to the tournament after his 11-year absence, but it seems he probably won't return any time soon.

McIlroy caused a stir on our social media channels after he admitted that during play he remembered why he doesn't play at Harbour Town, following a lacklustre performance where he struggled in the final round.

Golf fans criticised McIlroy for not being able to adapt to different courses and believe if he is to achieve greatness then he will need to change his attitude and challenge himself on courses that might not suit his game.

WEBB SIMPSON: THE MOST UNDERRATED PLAYER ON TOUR

After claiming his seventh PGA Tour victory, Simpson now tops the FedEx Cup rankings and we believe that his ability on the golf course is often overlooked.

Simpson won the U.S Open in 2012 and has kept himself amongst the best in the game. His victory at the RBC Heritage has put him at a career high of 5th in the World Rankings.

This is a player who hasn't tried chasing size or speed, but played to his strengths and improved his weaknesses, something that many other players on the PGA Tour should try to emulate.

TYRRELL HATTON IN HOT FORM

Another player impressing us at the moment is Tyrrell Hatton, who made his mark on the European Tour but is now making waves on the PGA Tour.

The Englishman claimed his maiden PGA Tour victory at the Arnold Palmer Invitational and his form hasn't really dipped since, returning to competition last week at the RBC Heritage where he finished T3, moving him up to 16th in the World Rankings.

Hatton has worked on the mental side of his game and is now showing what he is capable of. It's highly likely he will make Padraig Harrington's Ryder Cup team for Whistling Straits and this time he could go into the biennial event as one of Europe's best players.
