2. Play all sports

It may seem like a strange tip for teahcing someone how to play golf but taking part in as many sports as you can helps your body develop muscles and hand-eye coordination that are essentiall in golf.

In the next slide you'll see James showing us how there is a direct comparison between a goalkeepers posture and that of a golfer's.

Racket sports, such as tennis and badminton, help you with arm and shoulder rotation as well as building up your muscles in the forearms and wrists.

Football is another that's great for general movement, it helps hip rotation and increases the power you get from your legs for a more dynamic golf swing.
