PRACTICE YOUR STRIKE
The Fat Plate is great for this, but equally, get some face tape or some Athlete's Foot Spray and look at where you are hitting the ball on the face.
If you hit a shot 200 yards, for example, and you were to hit it a quarter of an inch out the toe of the club, that will result - with a perfect swing - with the ball finishing roughly 13 yards left of your target.
With that same perfect swing, if you hit the ball a quarter of an inch out the heel of the club, with the ball finishing roughly 13 yards right of your target.
There is 26 yards of difference there, so striking the ball in the centre of the club is crucial. That all comes with practice and learning about your strike.
