Callaway Golf and Nike are hoping to cash in on a resurgence in women’s golf with stylish new products for spring and summer.
They are hoping that their new ranges will appeal to a new crop of women joining the sport and keen to sample its stylish, healthy image and attract an even younger element – the next generation of schoolgirl prodigies like Grace Park and Michelle Wie.
Sportswear designer Joey Rodolfo, has strongly influenced the Callaway Golf Apparel collection with a European fit and style to appeal to women golfers from 16-60.
Says Callaway GA’s Jo Ettrick: "The Lacosta range is perfect weekend wear - striking designs in black, white, lime and citrus colours, while the Sorrento range will be a mix of beige, brown, pale blue and yellow. Fabrics include merino wool, cotton and even leather."
Callaway’s lifestyle sportswear is being distributed in golf pro shops, resorts, specialty stores and leading department stores Harrods and Selfridges in June. For your nearest outlet call 08701 666555.
Nike Golf’s Spring Summer range for women has been inspired by its elegant Korean staff player Grace Park.
New vibrant colours will be a feature of the extension to the Slim-FIT Collection, using Dri-FIT moisture control fabrics.
