Cobra Golf has completed its marathon demo Tour of the UK and Ireland giving club golfers the chance to try the equipment that's in the bags of Ian Poulter, Camilo Villegas, J B Holmes and Geoff Ogilvy.
Over 360 venues were visited by the team which showcased Cobra's and gave thousands of golfers the chance to see if the King Cobra's S9-1 range of drivers lived up to its distance claims.
As well as the Cobra S9-1 family of drivers and fairway metals, which helped Cobra ambassador Ogilvy (Cobra S9-1 Pro D model) to victory earlier this year in the WGC Accenture Match Play, the team found much interest in the the Cobra L5V driver, with its Adjustable Flight Technology.
Other equipment which caught the eye were the King Cobra Baffler TWS and full iron sets including the Cobra SZ, Pro MB and Pro CB irons.
The demo tour alsointroduced the Cobra custom fitting cart with its a selection of fit-to-speed options to give golfers a new threshold of power, accuracy, forgiveness and feel.
Ian Barrett, Cobra Golf's European marketing manager said: “The Cobra demo tour has proved to be a great success. We have reached a huge number of golfers and with the custom fitting cart many are enjoying the benefits of ensuring they have the right clubs for their game."
