First came Revolution. Now comes Evolution – the second ultra-reliable and 100% British made powered golf trolley from Golfstream.

The company says its Evolution Digital (pictured left) is a sturdy one-fold trolley that boasts the same 200-watt motor as its big brother and one-touch power control showing speed settings.

It also comprises simple-to-use controls to send the trolley forward on its own for ten, 20 or 30 metres and it can be programmed for true right and left hand operation by cleverly reversing the rotation of the control switch, through sophisticated electronics.

Golfstream managing director, Derek Richford, said: “Performance and reliability were at the forefront of our plans when we decided to launch the Evolution.”

Weighing less than 11kg, the trolley comes complete with an optional security code and an automatic power save feature that turns the power off if it sits idle for three minutes or more.

Available in black or white at RRP £349 with 18-hole lead acid battery and RRP £499 with 27-hole lithium battery.
