The famous King Cobra name, which spawned most of the offset, anti-slice drivers and metalwoods, is to be re-launched in March.

It is part of a new range of equipment aimed at the weekend golfer – the King Cobra SS line – with the emphasis on the larger ‘sweet spot’ in its game-improvement clubs.

Most of the new clubs will be introduced in the UK in March/April, including the King Cobra SS 370 Unlimited driver, featuring one of the 'largest, hottest sweet spots on the market,' together with a smaller 310cc tour driver.

Also featured will be a 350cc Seniors and Ladies offset driver as and hyper steel fairway metals.

King Cobra SS irons, in men’s, ladies and seniors models, have a thin face and low and back perimeter weighting to make most use of the larger sweet spot. They claim better accuracy and greater distance. Prices have yet to be released.
