ProQuip has upgraded its longest running and most successful waterproof range for 2012 with the Ultralite Europa.

The world’s leading innovator of lightweight weatherwear claims its suit features a new generation of ProQuip’s award-winning Ultralite fabric, comprising of a lightweight weave that forces water to bead-up and run quickly and efficiently off the surface.

The range dates back to the 1990s when ProQuip's meticulous research and development led to the ground-breaking Ultralite suit - the first truly lightweight, soft and easy-to-play-in fabric.

“The Ultralite Europa has been developed using proven technology to deliver absolute value to golfers who desire a lightweight and comfortable, high-performance, waterproof suit that provides protection from the wind and rain,” said ProQuip’s chief designer Richard Head.

Both jacket (£90) and trousers are available in sizes S-XXXL for a combined £149. The jacket comes in bright blue/black, black/white and fire red/black, while the trousers come in black.
