Fancy having a shot at playing this year’s Open Championship venue?

The 2012 4bbb Challenge will bring together winners of more than 100 regional qualifiers across the UK, with winners being invited to the Grand Final at Royal Lytham & St Annes in October.

Qualifying hosts for the Challenge, supported by Glenmuir, include Woodhall Spa, The Carrick, Saunton, London Golf Club and The Belfry.

The top four pairs will qualify and make their way to Lytham where golfers will battle for the main prize of a five-star golf holiday at La Manga Resort.

“The 4-ball better-ball Stableford format is hugely popular among amateur golfers and this is a fantastic new competition with some superb prizes,” said Glenmuir’s marketing director Brian Mair.

“The 4bbb Challenge gives golfers with official handicaps the opportunity to play at some of the UK’s most prestigious courses and we’re delighted to be associated with the event.”

If you sign-up before the end of April, you will be entered into a draw to win some Cleveland gear and sponsors Toyota have offered a GT86 for holes-in-one at all regional qualifying venues.

Entry costs start at £50 per pair. A full list of venues, together with entry rules and any other information can be found at
