Tiger Woods has landed his 80th PGA Tour title with a two-stroke victory at the season-ending Tour Championship - and the crowd at East Lake absolutely LOVED IT!

Check out the incredible scenes as Woods strolled down the 18th fairway up to the green to land his first victory since August 2013.
At witnessing the crowds race into the middle of the fairway to walk with Woods down 18, similar to what happened when he won his first major at the 1997 Masters, the former world number one said "I started tearing up after what I've gone through, that was special."
