Check out the on course Webcams at Royal Lytham.
GOLFmagic snuck out onto the course at Royal Lytham and St Annes..... and hid some webcams in the bushes to bring you (almost) live viewable action. You might find them desperately slow, and hopefully your view won't be obscured by people's legs:

Addendum: Earlier in the article we might have given the impression that the webcams belonged to GOLFmagic.com - this was inaccurate. The webcams are those of Opengolf.com. They wouldn't let us be there, but check out their site anyway, it's pretty good!
