The Skins Game on Amazon Prime Final Scores: Keegan Bradley gains Ryder Cup redemption
Keegan Bradley won $2.1m and 11 skins as he defeated Tommy Fleetwood, Shane Lowry and Xander Schauffele at The Skins Game.
After 17 years in hibernation, one of golf’s most iconic exhibitions roared back to life on Black Friday at Panther National in South Florida.
The Skins Game was won by Bradley, who ended the day with 11 skins and a record first prize of $2.1m.
This year's contest was reduced to 16 holes with $4m on the line, with each player starting with $1m in the bank.
While a record prize total for Bradley, his haul of 11 skins wasn't a record as that belongs to Greg Norman who won all 18 skins in 2001.
Bradley inflicted the biggest damage on his rivals when earning a huge $900,000 when converting a 12-footer for birdie on the par-3 13th.
With a new reverse purse in effect, each of Bradley's rivals lost $300,000 (a third each of the $900,000) in the process.
Bradley took his earnings to well over $2m on that hole, which put daylight between himself and the trio of Ryder Cup stars.
The American had already assumed an early lead when taking five skins and $375,000 with a birdie on the 5th.
Fleetwood won the final 16th hole with a birdie from eight feet to win three skins and a giant $1.125m, the biggest single-hole prize in Skins Game history. That saw the Englishman finish in outright second with four skins and an equally impressive total of $1.7m.
But it was to be Bradley's day in the sunshine with a victorious total of 11 skins and $2.1m.
It was also something of redemption for him, having skippered the US Ryder Cup team to a 15-13 defeat at the hands of Luke Donald's European team, which featured both Fleetwood and Lowry.
Bradley has made it no secret just how hurt he remains by that defeat in New York.
Fleetwood top-scored at Bethpage with 4 points from five sessions, and Lowry of course holed the winning putt.
When Lowry holed a birdie putt on the 3rd hole to deny Bradley a win and three skins, the Irishman said as he walked off the green: "I've just spent the last few months breaking Keegan Bradley's heart."
That was a rare moment of delight for Ireland's Lowry, who ended the day in third place with one skin and $200,000 in the bank.
Sadly for the fourth member Schauffele, who looked out of sorts for much of the day, the two-time major champion who played on Bradley's US Ryder Cup team finished with nothing in the bank.
More bad news for Schauffele is unfortunately on the way next week as he will be replaced by Fleetwood as World No.3.
That will mark Fleetwood's career-best position in the world rankings.
Bradley's total of 11 skins makes him the first player with double-digit skins since Fred Funk in 2005.

The revamped 2025 Skins Game got underway at 9 a.m. ET, and it was streamed exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
The first Skins Game took place in 1983.
A number of golf legends have competed in the event through the years, none bigger than Tiger Woods, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer.
Fred Couples is the all-time record holder with five wins at The Skins Game.
Couples, who has earned the nickname Mr Skins as a result, made $4,405,000 and 77 skins in 11 appearances.
There is anticipation that after the success of today's event that The Skins Game will again become a firm fixture at the end of each PGA Tour season.
All the players were once again mic'd up to give fans deeper insight into their games and to also play along with the ribbing, of which there was plenty.
Fans might not have been impressed with Schauffele's play during the contest, but they were particularly amused by his impressions of both Sam Burns and Adam Scott during walk and talk interviews with Colt Knost.
Panther National was also a first for many fans, a course co-designed by both Justin Thomas and Jack Nicklaus.
Thomas was initially supposed to be in the field but he was replaced earlier this month by Lowry after the American underwent a microdiscectomy.

Bradley reveals what The Skins Game means to him
"I really feel lucky growing up watching The Skins Game, and just feel so lucky to play for this money and feel very fortunate to play in the Skins Game," said a delighted Bradley. "What an incredible day."
Runner-up Fleetwood said of his year: "Probably the best yeah, I think so, I was still a bit nervous down the last there. It's $1.7m."

The birdie for Bradley marks a huge moment in the contest as he sweeps $375,000 and 5 skins.
Fleetwood, Lowry and Schauffele each lose $125,000 (a third each of the $375,000 total).
"I need as much revenge I can get on Tommy and Shane," joked Bradley, speaking to Colt Knost off the back of the green.

RIP Fuzzy
The game lost a great in Fuzzy Zoeller on Wednesday night, and today's event was one of his favourites.
10-time PGA Tour winner Zoeller, who died aged 74, captured two majors—the 1979 Masters and the 1984 US Open—and later added two PGA Tour Champions titles, including the 2002 Senior PGA Championship.
He also won The Skins Game in both 1985 and 1986.

But Lowry followed him in from 12 feet to force a tie.
Lowry walked off the green with a beaming smile and Ryder Cup jab.
"I've just spent the last few months breaking Keegan Bradley's heart," said Lowry, who memorably holed the winning putt at the 2025 Ryder Cup at Bethpage in New York at the end of September.
