Tour Championship 2026: First Round Tee Times for PGA Tour's FedEx Cup finale at East Lake

The 2026 Tour Championship first-round tee times have been confirmed for Thursday 27 August. 

The season finale at East Lake features the top 30 players in the FedEx Cup standings, with the winner of the Tour Championship crowned the FedEx Cup champion.

Scheffler arrives in Atlanta as the No.1 player in the standings and will tee off last alongside Matt Fitzpatrick at 2:00pm EDT. The World No.1 is looking to win the FedEx Cup for a second time, having previously lifted the trophy in 2024.

McIlroy gets marquee pairing with Schauffele

One of the standout tee times comes at 12:54pm EDT, when record three-time FedEx Cup champion Rory McIlroy tees off alongside Xander Schauffele.

McIlroy heads to East Lake sitting 11th in the standings and will be looking to become the first player to win the FedEx Cup four times. 

Schauffele, meanwhile, sits 12th. 

Just 18 minutes later, defending champion Tommy Fleetwood begins his title defence alongside Ludvig Åberg.

Fleetwood is ninth in the standings and has the opportunity to make history. 

Victory would make him the first player to successfully defend the FedEx Cup.

The final few groups are packed with contenders, too. 

Collin Morikawa and Sam Burns tee off at 1:24pm, followed by Wyndham Clark and Cameron Young at 1:48pm.

Last week's BMW champion Clark enters the week third in the standings, while Young is fourth, making their pairing one to watch as the opening round unfolds.

Finally, at 2:00pm, Scheffler and Fitzpatrick will bring the first-round tee times to a close.

The opening group of Tom Kim and Ryan Fox tees off at 11am.
