11 designer sunglasses that work for golf

Cycling and cricket sunglasses look ridiculous, but that doesn't stop a lot of golfers wearing them. You know, the wraparound designs.

Sure, there’s probably some small performance benefit, and if we were pros we may think about donning them, but we’re just not about that life.

We prefer to go down the casual route, and have never worn “golf sunglasses” - and it’s never caused us any issues on the course.

These designer glasses all look excellent, and come with polarised lenses so you’re getting the best protection for your eyes. You'll have absolutely no issues wearing any of these on or off course. Golf swag, innit.

Designed and crafted in Italy, Persol - from the Italian "per il sole" meaning "for the sun" - is a brand that offers a wide range of brilliant sunglasses. The brand's patented Meflecto temples offer a secure fit, while crystal-tempered sunglass lenses provide protection with distortion-free vision.
