Charlie Woods makes huge equipment announcement during Junior Players
The 17-year-old son of Tiger Woods has made a major move with one of golf's biggest brands as he competes at TPC Sawgrass.

Charlie Woods has officially joined TaylorMade's roster of athletes after signing a name, image and likeness (NIL) deal with the equipment giant.
The move sees the 17-year-old, son of 15-time major champion Tiger Woods, formalise a relationship with a brand that has already played a significant role in his rapidly developing junior career.
Woods is currently a senior at The Benjamin School and is committed to play college golf at Florida State.
He is also competing this week at the Junior Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass, where he opened with a 1-under 71 to lie just four shots off the early pace.
The announcement will not come as a major surprise to those who have followed Woods' progress closely.
TaylorMade equipment has featured prominently in his bag, while the teenager has also appeared in the brand's marketing campaigns and equipment content in recent months.
His biggest junior victory to date also came at the Team TaylorMade Invitational in May 2025. Woods claimed the AJGA title at Streamsong Resort's Black Course in Florida, overcoming a strong field that included highly rated junior Miles Russell.
Woods' official deal further strengthens TaylorMade's connection with the Woods family. Tiger has been a TaylorMade athlete since 2017, and Charlie will now represent the brand as he continues his journey through amateur and college golf.

At just 17, Woods remains one of the most recognisable young golfers in the world.
His appearances alongside his father at the PNC Championship have helped make the pair one of golf's biggest attractions, but Charlie is also beginning to establish himself through his own performances.
A move to Florida State represents the next stage of his development, and the new TaylorMade partnership adds another significant moment to what has already been an eventful junior career.

Woods' bag is, unsurprisingly, dominated by TaylorMade equipment.
The Qi4D driver and fairway woods sit at the top of the bag, while Woods uses a combination of P7CB and P7TW irons.
TaylorMade MG5 wedges and a TP5x golf ball complete the majority of his setup.
The Scotty Cameron 009 Prototype putter remains the notable exception.
