Keegan Bradley: What's in the bag of the new five-time PGA Tour winner?

Keegan Bradley used a combination of different clubs to win the ZOZO Championship in Japan, ending a drought of 1,498 days without a win.

Before winning the ZOZO Championship, Keegan Bradley had finished second three times and made 14 top-10s since his last victory at the BMW Championship in 2018.

Four years is certainly a long time to wait between wins on Tour, especially for a player who won the USPGA Championship in 2011 and broke into the world's top 10.

Bradley is a passionate player, as we saw when he made a crucial birdie putt on 17 at Accordia Golf Narashino Country Club, and he has often been the nemesis of European golf fans at the Ryder Cup.

However, his sole major win and fist-pumping antics against Team Europe seem a distant memory and at the age of 36, Bradley may have thought his best golf was past him.

But he beat a strong field in Japan that contained the likes of Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa and Hideki Matsuyama which suggests the current FedEx Cup No.1 player still has a lot to offer.

He shot a 68 on Sunday to finish one shot ahead of Rickie Fowler and Andrew Putnam. Many thought Fowler was about to end a three-year win drought of his own before facing further disappointment.

"I've been crying since I finished. I can't remember the last time I cried. I talked to my wife on the phone a second ago, FaceTime. I can't keep it together, I don't know what's wrong with me, Bradley said after his win.

"On 17 I had about 20 feet, 15, 20 feet and I kind of realized if I make this putt, I've got a two-shot lead going down 18, which I thought, boy, that would be nice to have two there, and I just buried it. It's just a perfect putt, meant to be and I'm proud of the way I handled that hole."
