If you ever needed a demonstration of just how good touring professional golfers are, then look no further than this gem of a video featuring England's Andy Sullivan.

Sullivan is an accomplished DP World Tour pro. The 37-year-old has won four times and is one of the circuit's most colourful characters.

You might recall the name, as he took part in a challenge to try and make a hole-in-one in 500 shots.

Sullivan accomplished that feat and went absolutely ballistic in doing so.

His latest challenge set by the content team over at the European-based circuit was trying to break 80 at The Belfry using only one club.

It looked as though the playing conditions were favourable to Sullivan: a cool, calm day. He pondered using a 7-iron, but in the end opted for a 5-iron.

Yet again Sullivan took on the challenge with great enthusiasm and cackled his way around round the venue that has hosted the Ryder Cup on four occasions.

Some highlights included a magical flop shot over a bunker to a back pin that the late, great, Seve Ballesteros would've been proud of.

There were multiple sandy pars in there as well and, in the end, Sullivan completed the challenge with strokes to spare.

It wasn't all plain sailing, though. Things were looking comfortable with the golfer 2-over after seven holes, but a triple on No. 8 had Sullivan worried.

Yet he rallied on the back and ticked off a number of impressive pars en route to a 6-over 78. Take a bow, Andy.
