Steven Fisk pocketed $720,000 after defeating Taylor Pendrith in a dramatic three-hole playoff to win the 2026 ISCO Championship at Hurstbourne Country Club in Louisville.

The 29-year-old American captured the second PGA Tour title of his career after the pair finished tied on 16-under par, with Fisk finally sealing victory on the third extra hole to claim the biggest share of the tournament's $4 million prize fund.

While a significant payday, it was less than half of the first prize available at the co-sanctioned Genesis Scottish Open, where Tom Kim collected more than $1.5 million from the tournament's $9 million purse.

Pendrith appeared poised to claim his own second PGA Tour victory after firing a superb final-round 65 to set the clubhouse target at 16-under par, but Fisk soon matched the score with a closing 67 to force a playoff.

The pair traded pars on the first two extra holes, both played on the par-4 18th.

Tournament officials then moved the pin position from the back to the centre of the green for the third playoff hole, where Fisk finally broke the deadlock.

Pendrith's tee shot found the fairway bunker, leaving him scrambling. His approach finished well short of the green before he left his chip around 10 feet from the hole and failed to convert the par putt.

Fisk safely found the putting surface before calmly two-putting from 25 feet for par to seal victory and collect the biggest cheque of the week.

The win is Fisk's second PGA Tour title after his breakthrough victory at the Sanderson Farms Championship last October.

The triumph also lifts him to 61st in the FedEx Cup standings and is expected to move him inside the world's top 100 when the Official World Golf Ranking is updated.

"I love being in this position to win on the PGA Tour. It's why we practice," said Fisk after celebrating with his wife, Edith, on the 18th green.

"This win probably offers some validation. My first win was a bit out of nowhere, so to come out here today and grind my butt off was special."

Aaron Wise enjoyed a much-needed return to form with a share of third alongside Ben Silverman on 15-under par, while overnight leader Lucas Glover's bid for victory faded over the closing holes for the second consecutive week. The 46-year-old still secured another top-five finish after ending the tournament on 14-under par.
