The Tour Championship continues this weekend at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta.
After 36 holes of the PGA Tour's season finale, Norway's Viktor Hovland and America's Ryan Gerard are out in front on 10-under.
A host of big names, including world number one Scottie Scheffler and two-time major champion Collin Morikawa, are among the chasing pack.
Chris Gotterup is also nicely positioned, with Adam Scott, Justin Rose, Matthew Fitzpatrick and Ludvig Aberg within striking distance.
Masters champion and three-time FedEx Cup winner, Rory McIlroy, is well adrift of the lead and needs something magical in rounds three and four if he is to have any chance of claiming the $10m top prize.
