The PGA Tour has confirmed there will be no re-draw for the final round of the Valero Texas Open.

It means all third-round groups will remain the same for Sunday's final round.

The decision of no re-draw was made by tournament officials due to playing catch up following Saturday's delayed third round.

The leaders were only able to play six holes on Saturday.

The PGA Tour has therefore made the smart call to keep all groups the same in order to get the final round done and dusted with a certain Masters Tournament starting next week. Nobody wants a Monday finish after all.

Players will complete their third rounds of the Valero Texas Open on Sunday morning.

They will then get a short break before heading back out onto the Oaks Course at TPC San Antonio for the final round.

Once again, players will tee off both the 1st and 10th tees in order for everyone to get finished on Sunday.

Rain has continued to pour down on Sunday, but there have thankfully been no disruptions in play so far.

As a result of the heavy deluge over the weekend, the PGA Tour has also confirmed preferred lies will be in effect for the final round.

Scotland's Robert MacIntyre continues to lead the way as he goes in pursuit of a third PGA Tour title.

A host of players are hot on his heels including Japan's Ryo Hisatsune, America's Michael Kim, England's Matt Wallace and Sweden's Ludvig Aberg.

MacIntyre is looking to become the first player to successfully defend the Texas Open since Zach Johnson in 2009.

He's also looking to continue an incredible run of left-handed victories in this tournament.

Should MacIntyre go on to win, it would mark the first time in PGA Tour history that three consecutive left-handed players have won a tournament. Akshay Bhatia won in 2024, and Brian Harman won in 2025.
