Every golfer has at least one gremlin in their game, but which is the worst?

Is it the shot that costs you several shots on one hole, or merely the one that causes acute embarassment and makes you the talk of the 19th.

We've compiled what we consider to be the 10 worst shots in a golfer's repertoire - see if you recognise any of them.

But rather than get too depressed about these hideous shots, we've provided you with a quick video fix for each from one of our resident PGA professionals to help you become a much more competant golfer this season.

#10: THE WILD DRIVE

So you've painted the picture in your head - your golf ball burns down the left side of the fairway setting up a nice wedge into the short par-4. The fairway looks quite wide, so you decide to open up the shoulders, shuffle the feet and even give your playing partner a wink as if to say, 'watch this bad boy'. Unfortunately your downswing and club face have other ideas as your ball goes off the charts to the right, while you put your back out in the process.
