If you haven't used a putting mirror yet then I suggest you give it a go sometime. 

The mirror allows you to check your alignment and more importantly to see where your eyeline is with the golf ball.

I would suggest creating a gate some six to eight inches in front towards the hole which the golf ball can just fit through. This will really help improve your stroke and make concentrate on a solid strike and good roll.
