Lamda might be a relative new name for many of you reading this review, but this Portuguese golf brand should very much be towards the top of your list the next time you are considering a pair of stylish hybrid waterproof golf shoes.
GolfMagic got the opportunity to test out a pair of the new Lambda Arezzo shoes after dropping by the company's stand at the 2024 PGA Show Orlando earlier this season.

To see if the Arezzo shoes could deliver out on the course, we took them for a spin.

Lambda Arezzo Golf Shoes: Looks
First things first, the presentation from Lambda is first class.
Yes, you are handing over a fair wad of cash for these shoes at €240 / £280, but you more than get your money's worth when it comes to looks and overall delivery.
Straight out the box, the Lambda Arezzo shoes ooze luxury Western Europe premium handmade quality.
We also instantly appreciated the hybrid look about them. They certainly would not look out of place walking down the street.
The prime leather waterproof upper felt soft and smooth to touch, and we noted the shoes felt lightweight.
The colour combination of white, light blue and navy blue works nicely, and overall, it's just a very traditional looking hybrid design.
A big tick for looks for Lambda.
Lambda Arezzo Golf Shoes: Comfort / Performance
The Arezzo thankfully has more than just good looks going for it though, as it performs nicely out on the course.
We have worn these shoes for a number of rounds now and in a range of different weather conditions to give them a good test.
The first thing to note is just how comfortable these shoes felt during two completely different rounds, one in fine weather and another where the heavens opened.
Lambda Arezzo golf shoes comprise of a removable anatomically shaped cork-covered footbed that is packed with a 100% natural, biodegradable, recyclable and renewable material, and that provides you with all that extra comfort.
The fit in our standard size was also bang on the money, which likely helped in the comfort stakes. We noted a fairly nice wide fit that ensured our feet had plenty of room to breathe on the way around the course, as well as in the 19th hole.
When the floodgates opened on the course, the Arezzo lived up to its billing as its waterproof construction technology kept our feet dry.
Despite being a hybrid golf shoe, the traction we received was fantastic it must be said. This was down to the shoe's full TPU grip tread underneath that kept us stable on a variety of different lies.
All in all, just a very comfortable and strong performing hybrid golf shoe.
Should you buy the Lambda Arezzo Golf Shoes?
A very stylish and comfortable hybrid golf shoe that ticks plenty of boxes.
As we always say with hybrid golf shoes, they are definitely a suitable option for summer golf - however, we believe you could easily wear these for the rest of the golf season as a result of their strong levels of performance in wet weather.
The Arezzo is positioned towards the top end of the market for price, but if you can stomach the price tag then you will not be left disappointed.
