Europe’s leading golf retailer, American Golf, has teamed up with 7-year-old golfing sensation, Leo Boniface, to show just how easy it is to stay in the swing during lockdown, by using toys and kitchen utensils.

Having represented Britain in the World Championships, Leo’s talent caught the eye of American Golf, which is encouraging people to keep practicing during lockdown while golf courses are closed.

The golf retailer has created a series of mind-blowing videos with talented Leo, showing how he navigates an adventurous homemade hole-in-one using toys and household objects including benches, cups and superhero figures.

Leo, who has 36.9k Instagram followers, said: “I absolutely love playing golf so while courses are closed I’m having lots of fun creating my own set-ups. It’s been great to work with American Golf for my own series of home videos.”

Gary Favell, Chief Executive, American Golf said: “Leo is such fun and an amazing talent. We hope his videos will inspire both adult and kid golfers to keep improving their game during lockdown. Creating your own adventure golf at home is enjoyable and simple to do – and you can involve the whole family.”

The first video, designed to entertain and inspire budding and experienced golfers throughout lockdown, is now live across American Golf’s social media channels. Watch Leo on American’s Golf’s Instagram to be in with a chance of winning a full set of custom fitted clubs.
